Wow, so have you heard about this whole thing with Dave the Diver? It’s kind of wild. Mintrocket was supposed to drop this “In the Jungle” DLC — originally slated for 2025 — but now it’s delayed. No specifics other than they’ve got too many “cool ideas” they wanna dive into. Typical, right? I mean, better late than never? Or never on time? Who’s to say.
And remember back when Dave the Diver hit the scene in June 2023? Everyone was talking about it. First on PC, then it made its way to the Switch and PlayStation later. Real whirlwind. It snagged some pretty rave reviews, too. Fast-forward, and we’ve got these DLC packs pouring in. They even had, get this, a Godzilla Content Pack in mid-2024, but it vanished. Gone! Mintrocket swore it wouldn’t come back. But guess what? It’s back, as of June 2025. Just like that. It’s up till 2026 now. Crazy, huh? Two years and suddenly, here’s Godzilla again. Anniversaries really breathe life into things, I guess.
Anyway, Jungle DLC… that’s not happening till 2026 now. A few months push, they say. But who really knows? They claim it’s not technical issues. Just too many things to add. Maybe they’re right. Maybe I’m skeptical. Or maybe I’ve just had one too many delayed games.
Oh, and on top of this, that Godzilla pack? It’s finally sticking around longer. Thanks to some magical licensing deal — till the end of 2026, maybe more. Fingers crossed, right? They’ve even extended Ichiban’s Holiday Content Pack till then. It’s like they’re gifting us New Years surprises every few months.
So there you have it, folks. The chaos continues, and we’re all here for the ride. Buckle up!
