I’m not sure why, but the thought of WWE on Switch 2 kinda makes me chuckle. Maybe it’s the memories of wrestling games gone wrong or something. Anyway, WWE’s about to jump back into the ring with Nintendo, and this time it might actually land the punch, unlike whatever that was on the original Switch. You know what I’m talking about if you were there.
So, I just found out preorders started today. We’re getting WWE 2K25 on July 23 — can you believe it’s been since 2017? Three versions, count ’em, three! The basic one’s $69.99. Whoo-hoo! Then there’s the “Deadman” edition at $99.99. Yep, all about The Undertaker. I think they’re channeling that legendary vibe. But the real kicker is the “Bloodline” edition. A whopping $129.99, and it’s got Roman Reigns front and center. Remember when his faction just took over WWE? Crazy times.
Oh, and how could I forget — they’re boasting a lineup of over 300 wrestlers from Raw, Smackdown, and NXT. That’s a lot of beef. Plus, they’ve got this new “Island” mode. No clue what it is, but I’m imagining something wild. Fingers crossed it lives up to the hype!
