I’m on it—let’s dive in.

Alright, so GTA 6 dropped its second trailer today. Yeah, second one. And with it, we’ve got a heap of new stuff to chew on. I’m talking fresh scenes, new faces, and a whole shiny world called Leonida. But, hey, if you watched closely—like really, really close—you might have caught something odd. Something that got gamers buzzing about some retro experiences coming back inside GTA 6.
Now, don’t jump to conclusions just yet. We won’t actually know until May 26, 2026. Yup, it’s delayed, because of course it is. Anyway, fans are already spinning theories, and hey, that’s what keeps the excitement alive, right?
So, picture this—around the 2:14 mark in the trailer, we see Jason and Lucia just chilling. There’s Lucia, plopping on Jason like she’s some kind of animated sack of potatoes. Kinda hilarious if you ask me. But wait—I swear I noticed this, they’re watching TV, and there’s something beside it. It’s a PS5! Well, not exactly—it’s a faux PS5. This parody console has the same white-black-blue vibe going on. Totally PS5-ish, but eh, not quite.
Could it be a sneak peek at PS6? Almost definitely not. I mean, come on, the thing’s probably called NayStation or something.
Fans saw those game controllers too and began dreaming. What about playing games inside a video game? Cool, right? It’s been done before though. Yakuza tossed in some SEGA games, and GTA Online had its cheesy arcade hits. But folks want more this time—a real blast from the past.
One guy, PastorPoppyseed—I know, amazing name—was like, “Could we play Vice City in the game?” Meanwhile, AveryLazyCovfefe—people have wild names—said if GTA 3 was playable inside GTA 6, they’d drop everything just to relive Claude’s saga. Sounds pie-in-the-sky, but who knows, maybe Rockstar will give us a surprise.
Some folks also joked about Jason being so relatable. One dude commented, “Muscular MLG gamer who hooks up with thick Latinas? That’s literally me.” Sure it is, buddy.
So what’s your take on this new GTA 6 trailer? Would you want to dive into a game within the game? Share what you think, I’d love to hear it.
And, there it is. Sorta all over the place, but that’s life for ya. Anyway—wait, where was I? Oh right, see yah!
