So, I was tuning into the Summer Game Fest, expecting the usual lineup, and bam! Arc Raiders fans got a nice surprise. Well, kinda. Since that second Tech Test wrapped up in May, folks have been buzzing. Seriously, some people just couldn’t get enough. It was like trying to stop eating chips once you start — impossible.
Now, back then, the game was so slick, folks were almost begging for a full launch. But today? No launch. Yet, a release date’s better than nothing, right? Yeah, I know, a bit of a letdown if you were expecting more, but c’est la vie.
So, here’s what went down. Loads of fans were crossing fingers for another beta — spoiler: nope, gotta wait longer. And shoutout to those who couldn’t even hop on the Tech Test 2 bandwagon but still watched every gameplay stream they could find. Props to your patience, honestly.
Okay, drumroll… Arc Raiders lands on October 30, 2025. Yup, mark your calendars. It’ll be out on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and I guess we’ll see if there’s anything genuinely new. The last test was rock solid anyway. Kind of brought back vibes of those classic PUBG marathons, you know what I mean?
Oh, and fun tidbit — Embark and that guy Geoff Keighley seem pretty tight. Remember when Arc Raiders was a straight-up co-op shooter? Good times. Things change. Their first game, The Finals, just dropped unexpectedly in December 2023. So, yeah, people were definitely crossing their toes for some Arc Raiders scoop today.
